True-Fit Sizing
We build each jacket with industrial-grade materials. Flame-resistant layers support arc flash risk reduction. Trusted by welding engineers and fabrication shops.
We design and build a fully integrated safety suit specifically for high-heat welding environments. Every seam, pocket, zipper, and closure is engineered to support the welder’s movement under thermal load.
Heat does not slip through. Multi layer fabric forms a solid shield. Kevlar seams hold when the arc pressure rises.
Your movement stays free. Gusseted underarms stop restriction. Overhead tasks stay smooth in tight spaces.
Critical areas get stronger protection. Double-layer leather covers elbows chest shins.
Industrail-Grade Materials
Oil and grease are flammable. If your jacket is soaked, it's a fire hazard, not protection.
If heat cuts through the hide on first contact the surface has lost its protective density. Thin leather cannot block spatter.
UV radiation slips through small openings. Large holes expose skin to arc burn. Do not use compromised gear.
The heavy hitter. Cowhide for durability, Pigskin for oil resistance, Elkskin for comfort. Best for Stick/Flux.
Chemically treated (ASTM F1506). Lightweight and breathable. Best for TIG and light MIG.
Leather sleeves (high exposure) + Cotton body (heat release). The modern standard for shop work.
