  1. Paul May

    Great hybrid jacket

  2. Zack Stone

I’ve been looking for a lighter jacket that doesn’t compromise on sleeve protection and this BSX hybrid is it. The cotton body keeps me cool but the cowhide sleeves handle all the slag. The ventilation flap on the back is surprisingly effective, I can actually feel a breeze when I’m walking around.

  3. Theo Oates

Good quality flame resistant cotton, holds up to minor spatter.

  4. Maverick Crow

Fits good, adjustable waist straps help it not be so boxy.

  5. Vince Voss

Best summer welding jacket I’ve found. The leather sleeves give me confidence when I’m under a car welding exhaust, but the cotton chest breathes so much better than my full leather coat. The scribe pockets are handy but I wish the inside pocket was a bit deeper.

  6. Bodhi Moon

Zipper and snaps feel heavy duty, no issues so far.

  7. Victor Woods

Sleeves are great but the cotton torso fades a bit after washing.

  8. Corey Todd

    Cool

  9. Victor Ivey

Sleeves are thick leather but the body is light cotton, super comfy.

Love the cowhide spark zone on the belly, saved my shirts a few times.

  11. Lincoln May

Wish the leather extended a bit higher up the chest fer overhead work.

  12. Heath Moon

Ventilation flap on the back actually works, much cooler than my old miller.

  13. Neil Waters

Terrible quality. The zipper jammed on the second day and then ripped right off the track. Can’t believe I wasted money on this.

Ventilation flap is nice but can get caught on things if you’re crawling.

  35. Louis Lamb

  36. Saul Day

Not impressed. The cotton body is way too thin, I got burned right through it on my first day doing mild steel stick welding. Maybe okay for tig but not heavy duty.

  37. Zayden Bird

Snaps are a bit stiff at first, took a week to loosen up.

  38. Zack Rivers

    Cool

  39. Heath Banks

Sleeves are great but the cotton torso fades a bit after washing.

  40. Zack Eagle

Great concept mixing da FR cotton and leather. I do a lot of TIG and light MIG so I don’t need full leather heavy armor. The spark zone on the stomach is genius because that’s always where my shirts used to get burned up. Sizing runs pretty true, maybe slightly fitted.

  41. Louis Noll

Cotton body breathes well but I did get a small burn hole fro a heavy glob of slag.

  47. Ivan Banks

Scribe pockets on both arms are super convenient.

  48. Milo Parr

The stand up collar is stiff enough to stay up without choking me, which is rare. I love the look of it too, definitely styled better than the old plain green jackets. Be careful with the cotton parts though, they are FR but heavy sparks will still burn through if you’re not careful.

  49. Vince Lamb

Inside pocket is too small for modern smartphones.

  50. Otto Bishop

Snaps are a bit stiff at first, took a week to loosen up.
