Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return address.
Securely pack your item(s) and ship them to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeframes
Return Request Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return approval.
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
